Only information you choose to share is captured. I only use your personal information to contact you through the channels you opt to share with me in order to communicate with you about subjects related to the making, exhibiting, and sale of artwork. Your information is never shared with anyone.
Customer Controls and Managing Consent
You can opt out of email at any time either by unsubscribing through the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email or by contacting me through email at: info@natalielegere.com to be manually removed in a timely manner.
Cookies are opt-in or opt-out for your privacy and their use is clearly described in the cookie banner when you first enter my website so you can make an informed decision. Ultimately, you can exercise control over the use of your personal data, communications, and consent, including a right to revoke that consent.
Right to be Forgotten
If you wish to be forgotten, your private information is completely deleted from my records as per the right of erasure laws, where the personal data collected is no longer necessary for the purpose they were collected or otherwise processed (unless there are legitimate business or legal reasons that such data must be kept, say financial reporting purposes or legal retention needs).
Our website service provider will honour requests received from myself (the Data Controller) to remove your information from our systems when a request is made.
Right to Data Portability
Though this is not often part of my business model, if any information regarding a future project was gathered by myself such as a commission or other personalized project. At your request the recorded information will be transferred to you, in the manner that you wish, so it can be reused by you through another service provider.

Any data collected is secure, and not available to anyone other than myself.
Data Breach Notifications
In the unfortunate event of a data breach, I have a duty to notify supervisory authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach or without undue delay.
