The most important part of the process for me is the beginning, the inspiration, and this is the idea I carry through to the end.

Légère recently underwent a two year realist oil painting mentorship with Dustin Neece, a former apprentice of Odd Nerdrum's, and many workshops with Living Masters, as she changed her practice from abstraction to figuration, and from acrylics to oil.
She maintains a Studio in Fredericton, NB, Canada, and has upcoming exhibitions: The Owls of Turtle Island, Saint-John Arts Center, Saint-John, NB, and a two person exhibit with Roch Bourque Quasi Monochromes, Galerie 12, Moncton, NB., in the Fall of 2024.
